FAQ
1. What is the purpose of a demo account?
A demo account allows you to practice trading in real market conditions using virtual money. It’s a risk-free way to learn how to open, manage, and close trades before using real funds.
2. How do I switch to a demo account in the FBS mobile app?
Log in to the app, open the menu in the top-left corner, go to Accounts, tap Create Demo Account, choose your account type (e.g., Standard Demo), and tap Open.
3. How do I set Stop-Loss (SL) and Take-Profit (TP) when opening a trade?
After choosing a currency pair and selecting Buy or Sell, tap the SL/TP button on the trade screen to enter your Stop-Loss and Take-Profit levels before confirming the trade.
4. Where can I track my open trades?
In the Positions tab, you can see if your trades are in profit or loss, the current market price, and your SL/TP levels. You can close trades individually or tap Close All to exit them all at once.
5. How can I trade on a desktop instead of the mobile app?
You can use FBS WebTrader (directly in your browser) or MetaTrader 5 (downloadable platform) by registering on the FBS website, opening a demo account, and placing trades through the platform.
